Over Fifty Seniors Equity Release Pty Limited (ABN 12 095 362 388; Australian credit licence 384614) has not taken any new applications for the Seniors Home Equity Release Loan (Reverse Mortgage) product since 2008.

With effect from 17 October 2014, Over Fifty Seniors Equity Release Pty Limited sold its variable rate reverse mortgage portfolio and transferred the assets to Perpetual Trustee Company Limited ACN 000 001 007 in its capacity as trustee of the Arise Finance Trust.  To find out more about Arise Finance, visit its website at www.arisefinance.com.au.
