Century Funds Management

Century Funds Management Limited (Century) was formed in 1999 to arrange the syndicated purchase of investment grade property on behalf of a limited number of private investor clients. These investors wished to participate in the ownership of high-value commercial property ($10-$40 million), not normally accessible to individuals.
Since its formation, Century has acquired over $900 million of commercial investment property on behalf of approximately 1000 private investors. There is a high incidence of repeat investment among their clients.
In December 2004 Century Funds Management merged with Bankminster Properties Limited (now renamed Century Bankminster Limited). In July 2006 Century was aquired by the Over Fifty Group.
Century holds Australian Financial Services License No. 231149 issued by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission.

Eclipse Property Group

ECLIPSE PROPERTY GROUP
 
In April 2008, Over Fifty Group acquired 51 per cent of Eclipse Property Group Ltd, a privately owned property funds management company.  The remaining 49% was purchased in June 2009.

Eclipse specialises in providing unlisted property investment to its high-net worth investor client base, managing a property portfolio valued at approximately $230 million.  This comprises 12 properties held across eleven trusts.

Eclipse is a member of a collection of businesses and individuals with complementary skills that provides a comprehensive range of financial services. Each of the businesses are independently owned but work together with an objective of mutual prosperity through:

• exploiting complementary skills;
• sharing/pooling resources and costs;
• using contacts;
• exploring opportunities; and
• developing intellectual property.

In July 2005 Over Fifty Group acquired 50% of Mortgageport Management Pty Ltd. Mortgageport is a mortgage brokerage and origination business that provides borrowers with opportunities unlike other brokerage businesses.
