Property Funds Management

Century Funds Management Limited is a property funds management company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Over Fifty Group. Century is responsible for the management of all property investments within the Over Fifty Group, including Over Fifty Direct Property Trust.

Formed in 1999, Century purchases high quality investment grade property on behalf of its private investor base and a number of private banks, investment banks and financial advisors. Century’s principal objective is to provide their clients with shared, direct ownership of high quality investment grade commercial properties, offering a strong mixture of income returns, capital growth opportunities and taxation benefits.

In April 2008, Over Fifty Group acquired 51% of Eclipse Property Group Ltd, a privately owned property funds management company.  Eclipse specialises in providing unlisted property investment to its high-net worth investor client base.  Eclipse manages a property portfolio valued at approximately $220 million, which comprises 12 properties held across 11 trusts.  The remaining 49% of Eclipse was purchased by Over Fifty Group in June 2009.
