Chief Executive Officer
Mr McBain joined the Over Fifty Group Board in July 2006. Mr McBain was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Over Fifty Group in April 2008.
Mr McBain was also a founding director and major shareholder in boutique funds manager Century, which was established in 1998 and acquired by Over Fifty Group in July 2006.
Prior to forming Century Funds Management in 1999, Mr McBain founded property funds manager Waltus Investments Australia Limited and Hanover Group Pty Limited a specialised property consultancy. Waltus was formed in 1995 and was one of the first dedicated property funds managers in Australia. Century Funds Management specialises in low risk property funds with above average total returns and has a particular focus on high net worth investors.
Prior to 1990, Mr McBain held senior positions in a number of property development and property investment companies in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Mr McBain holds a Diploma in Urban Valuation (University of Auckland).

Chief Financial Officer, Over Fifty Group
Mr. Coy was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Over Fifty Group in October 2008. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Coy held the position of Financial Controller at Century Funds Management, a company acquired by Over Fifty Group in July 2006. Mr. Coy had been associated with the Century Group and its subsidiary since 1998 with the joint founding of Bankminster Properties Limited
Mr. Coy has over 25 years experience in accounting, finance, company secretarial and business management, particularly within the property services sector. Prior to his appointment to Century Funds Management, Mr Coy held key financial directorships with Colliers Jardine over a 10 year period. He has an extensive background in financial reporting as well as commercial and business management.
General Manager - Friendly Societies / Company Secretary
Mr Reid joined Over Fifty Group in 1990 after six years in auditing and 12 years in the financial services industry, specialising in finance, accounting and taxation. Mr Reid was the Group Financial Controller of Over 50s Mutual Friendly Society Limited before he became the Chief Financial Officer of Over Fifty Group upon demutualisation of Over 50s in 2001.
In October 2008 Mr Reid took up the position as General Manager – Friendly Societies.
He has a Diploma of Business Studies from Swinburne College of Technology, has been a chartered accountant since 1975 and is PS 146 compliant under ASIC's requirements for knowledge and skill as required by the Financial Services Reform Act 2001.

Friendly Society Sales and Distribution
Lawry joined Over Fifty Group in August 2005 as the National Corporate Distribution Manager. In this role, he was responsible for managing the relationships with key corporate accounts. In February 2006, he was appointed as Head of Sales and is responsible for the total Friendly Society sales function, including relationships with investor groups and financial planners.
Prior to joining Over Fifty Group, Mr Grima was a practicing Independent Financial Planner and held management positions with a number of leading banks and financial services companies.
Mr Grima holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (DFP), a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) and is a registered Justice of the Peace.
Mr Huljich is the CEO - Century Funds Management. He joined Over Fifty Group in July 2006 as Head of Property. Mr Huljich has been involved in investment property syndication in Australia since 1996.
Mr Huljich worked closely with Over Fifty Group Director and CEO, John McBain during that time and developed considerable expertise in investment property selection, syndicate feasibility and syndicate management.
Mr Huljich holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
