Chess

Centuria Capital Limited participates in the Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS). ASX Settlement and Transfer Corporation Pty Ltd (ASTC), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX, operates CHESS in accordance with the listing rules and the Securities Clearing House Business Rules. With admission to CHESS, the shares will be maintained on an electronic Issuer Sponsored Subregister and an electronic CHESS Subregister which will together comprise the register of shares of Centuria Capital Limited. Shareholders do not receive paper certificates.

Shareholders will receive a statement from CHESS of their holding in Centuria Capital Limited in lieu of their paper certificates. The CHESS statement will set out the number of shares held and details of the shareholder’s Holder Identification Number.
